As an IUC Shift Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of shifts, maintaining effective patient care according to our high standards. Produce clear and concise shift reports. Call Handling: Manage professional and patient call lines, ensuring high service standards.
Accurately log referrals onto patient databases. Resource Management Deploy resources strategically for optimal service throughout your shift. Address staffing issues promptly and support Clinical Coordinators. Risk Management: Respond to healthcare system risks.
