Are you an experienced receptionist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Claremont Clinic is seeking a dedicated individual to join our bustling practice team in making a positive impact on our local community.
Position Details:
- Salary: £11.45 per hour (with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a primary care setting)
- Hours: Permanent Post 1 (Morning)- 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm
- Hours: Permanent Post 2 (afternoon/evening)- 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 7:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our reception desk with professionalism and organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering communication between patients, clinicians, and our practice team.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.

- Previous experience in medical/healthcare reception roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and polite telephone manner.

- Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in IT and general administration tasks.
Flexibility: Some flexibility is required to accommodate additional or alternative hours to cover colleagues during annual/sickness leave.
