Job Description- Provide secretarial support to the Private Client and Conveyancing department.
- Organise, prepare, and maintain client files and correspondence.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Handle telephone and email queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare legal documents and contracts under the supervision of the legal team.
- Carry out legal research as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
- Proficiency in legal documentation and correspondence.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Private Client and Conveyancing law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- A competitive salary range of £27000 - £31,000 per annum.
