Finance Analyst

Financial Analyst We are currently supporting a not-for-profit organisation based in Birkenhead that is in search of a talented Finance Analyst to join their team. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in achieving the organisation's vision and strategic goals by performing complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review. Moreover, you will be instrumental in supporting the business's drive to improve value for money and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review.
• Produce financial information for the business to provide meaningful commentary on cost variances.
• Provide analysis to support forecasting and annual budgets.
• Support the drive to improve value for money and effectiveness.
• Assist the Finance Business Partner in producing ad hoc reporting packs.
• Maintain a strong network of contacts and stakeholders throughout the Group to ensure the finance team is aware of any changes to services, staffing, or growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent data manipulation skills, with experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
