The Role

We are looking for Senior Communications Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to lead our internal communications function at PRS for Music, to improve staff engagement and help make the company a great place to work. They bring our corporate strategy to life for staff at all levels, and keep teams informed of progress against it and our operational performance.

Responsibilities:

As our Senior Internal Communications Manager, some of your day to day duties will include…
  • Strategic communications advice to CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Development and implementation of internal communications strategy that is both measurable and achievable.
  • Continual renewal and development of internal communications channels to ensure messages are landing and delivering results.
  • Communications support for key internal stakeholders across the whole organisation in delivering specific engagement and people initiatives.
  • Accountable for project communications companywide, ensuring all activities and channels are on brand and on message.
  • Delivery of communications events both in person and online throughout the year.
  • This role has no direct reports, but has shared support provided by the Senior Communications Executive.

The Process

Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
