Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
Participate in required training to advance your skillsSupport residents with personal care, daily routines, and engagement in activities
Provide emotional support and companionship
Promote enriched, fulfilling lifestyles tailored to residents’ interests, preferences, and abilities
Uphold high standards of care within the home environment
