Cover Supervisor - Southampton

We are supporting secondary schools in Alton that require additional support staff from February 2025. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom and lead lessons using pre-prepared materials, ensuring students stay on task and engaged in their learning.You will gain valuable experience working across Key Stage 3 and 4, making this an ideal opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or wanting to develop their skills in a school setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay focused and engaged.
- Building positive relationships with students and supporting their learning.
- Working flexibly across full-time or part-time schedules, depending on your availability.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
