We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our team at Calderglen Country Park, East Kilbride. You will undertake a wide range of clerical duties, including processing sensitive documentation, therefore it is essential that you can work in a highly professional and confidential manner.
Excellent customer service is our priority therefore you will display the necessary commitment to customer care.
You must be proficient in general IT skills, especially in the creation of Excel spreadsheets, populating statistical information and producing reports. You must have the ability to effectively manage your workload, responding as necessary to changing priorities.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
