Student Experience Administrator (2 posts)
The post-holders will provide excellent administrative support for a wide-range of student-related activities, including open days, offer holder days and interviews, as well as supporting student feedback and engagement.
As a Student Experience Administrator you will;Support all aspects of administration related to Student Experience, including student communications and events
Deliver administration relating to admissions, including administration of interviews, open days and offer holder days
Provide administrative support for student engagement, student feedback and student consultation, including our Student Staff Forums and other student feedback mechanisms
Work on initiatives and projects that contribute to enhancing the experience of our students
You will bring;
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills, particularly of using MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Teams etc)
Experience of providing a customer focussed service to other people
Experience of planning your own work activities
Accuracy, reliability and the willingness to learn new skills
These are permanent positions available immediately. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week) however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part-time and the number of preferred hours.Job share arrangements may be considered.
