- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries
- Deliver professional & empathetic support
- Meet quality, productivity, compliance standards
Requirements:
- Danish, German, Portuguese, or Dutch C2
- English B2+
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens
Documentation Requirements:
- EU citizenship
- Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit
- Certificate of Protection (for refugees)
