SEN Learning Mentor – Full-Time in Exeter

Salary: £90.00 - £95.00 per day
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and fostering an inclusive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our partner school in Exeter. This full-time position offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- A strong commitment to helping SEN students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to SEN students, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to create and implement tailored learning plans.
- Assist with behavior management, confidence-building, and developing interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
