Salary: Circa £ 34,000 (depending on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:
- Managing Software renewals using ServiceNow following all processes
- Being accountable for the management of renewals and work closely with stakeholders to validate demand, any changes to demand and documentation ensuring ServiceNow is maintained accordingly.
- Coordinating the quote and order process with our stakeholders and all relevant service providers
- Ensuring timely processing of Software Renewals
- Raising purchase requisitions using Coupa
- Coordinating the resolution of stakeholder/ account queries promptly
- Identifying and participate in process optimisation projects
- Ensuring receipt of orders & invoicing (Dealing with any queries that may arise)
- Proposing and applying improvement actions ul>
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of working within an administrative role or entry procurement role, being able to organise and prioritise workloads
- Skills within the Microsoft office suite such as Excel
- Commercial awareness (Software preferable)
- Experience of negotiating with external suppliers ul>
Desirable:
- Experience in using Coupa & ServiceNow ul>

The Indirect Procurement team:
Joining a well-established team, you will develop a proficient network within BAE through both internal and external channels, with exposure to key and strategic vendors, giving you the opportunity to make this role your own. In a role where no two days are the same, there is also potential for expansion, growth and development.
Sitting within the IT Software Procurement team, you will work with strategic vendors and will be responsible for the procurement / renewal of Software on behalf of all BAE Business Groups. Using the procurement lifecycle as a tool, you will manage vendors in line with the category strategy and support its implementation across the wider Technology category.
