Background
Keswick Bridge is a small timeshare resort situated close to Keswick Town. The resort consists of 23 lodges, (some of which back onto the River Greta), a Management Lodge/workshop and pleasant grounds. Owned by Keswick Bridge Limited the resort is leased to Keswick Bridge Owners Club Limited who in turn represent the Owners of timeshare weeks.
Main Duties of the Resort Administrator

To ensure the smooth running of the front office, representing Keswick Bridge in a professional and friendly and calm manner. As the Resort Administrator you are the "Face of Keswick Bridge".

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1: Maintain and update the Keswick Bridge Operations Manual, ensuring that all data is accurate and current. This to include cross referencing both Owners/KBL/KBOCL rented and unsold weeks with the Owners Database.

2: On a weekly basis collate bookings and post/email to Owners or Renters the relevant information regarding their forthcoming stay at Keswick Bridge.

3: Plan and Liaise with contracted cleaning organisations the number of people required to clean the lodges for the following week for Friday and Saturday dates, liaising with the cleaners on their arrival to ensure that the lodges are cleaned and ready for occupancy by the agreed time.

4: Ensure that all arrivals and departures are managed smoothly and deal with any enquiries of problems as soon as is possible, working with the Maintenance Manager to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. At the end of a visitors stay check the Quality Survey Form for comments and pass on to the relevant person.

5: Plan and carry out inventory supplies to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
6: Liaise with suppliers and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
7: Log and record electricity readings for the Lodges on a weekly basis and generate an invoice for each lodge. Process payments either by credit or debit card and inform "card owner" of the amount taken from the card.
8: Ensure that all banking data is recorded accurately and banked in a timely fashion
9: Ensure that all post is franked accurately and recorded.
10: Respond to emails in a professional and timely fashion.

11: Carry out any such tasks which may be reasonably requested and collaborate with other staff on site. You may be called upon from time to time to assist/cover for other members of the team during holidays/sickness or during busy periods.
