Job Description- Manage and oversee all tax operations across the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
- Develop effective tax strategies to optimise tax efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to streamline tax processes.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
- Monitor legislative changes related to tax in the EMEA region and advise management accordingly.
- Coordinate with the global tax team to ensure alignment of tax strategies.
- Prepare and present regular tax reports to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EMEA Tax Manager should have:
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
- Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax and Employment Tax (not essential to be an expert in all three)
- EMEA / EU / International Tax experience (again one of these three)
- Proficiency in tax software and financial management systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EMEA tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A competitive salary range from £75,000 to c.£90,000
