A fantastic opportunity has emerged for an experienced New Build Solicitor to join a well-regarded team in Solihull. This is a full-time, permanent position with real potential for career progression, primarily office based.

The Role
The firm is looking for a New Build Solicitor to join a busy team of conveyancers and support staff. You will manage a caseload of new build property matters from start to finish, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Equity transfers
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership schemes
- Lease extensions
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered, you should:
- Have significant experience in New Build property transactions
- Be capable of managing and supporting a team
- Demonstrate excellent client relationship skills, particularly with house builder referrers
- Meet fee income targets
- Take an active role in marketing and business development efforts
