We are building digital solutions designed to support mental health in a practical, scalable, and evidence-informed way.
We are now preparing for a key stage of growth and are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support our commercial and brand-building activity over the spring and summer period.
Job Overview:This internship is designed for a Bachelor's/Master’s-level student or recent graduate in Marketing who wants meaningful experience in a start-up environment.
You will support real marketing activity tied to awareness, positioning, and growth. This is not a passive internship. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic thinking as well as execution, including helping shape campaigns, messaging, and performance measurement.This reflects our view that strong marketers should be able to think both creatively and commercially.
Key Responsibilities:You will work under the guidance of the senior team and may also collaborate with product, design, and commercial colleagues.
Responsibilities may include: Supporting the development of marketing strategy for our digital mental health products
Helping create and refine messaging for different audiences, including employers, partners, and end usersAssisting with campaign planning across channels such as LinkedIn, email, website content, and other digital platforms
Creating or coordinating marketing assets such as presentations, graphics, short-form content, and promotional materials
Conducting market and competitor research to help inform positioning and campaign decisions
Supporting thought leadership, content marketing, and awareness-building activities
Helping define how success should be measured across campaigns, including engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics
Assisting with the preparation of sales and marketing materials for external stakeholders
Contributing ideas for low-budget, high-impact campaigns suitable for an early-stage company
This internship will give you hands-on experience in digital marketing within a fast-moving start-up environment.

Person specification
We are looking for someone who is:
Currently completing, or has recently completed, a Master’s degree in Marketing or a closely related subjectStrong in written communication and able to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Interested in digital health, mental health, start-ups, or mission-driven innovation
Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking initiative
Able to work independently and respond well in a fast-changing environment
Thoughtful, reliable, and accountable in delivering work they commit to
Comfortable combining strategic thinking with practical execution
It would be a plus if you have
Experience with digital marketing campaigns, content creation, or social media strategy
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, or email marketing platforms
Experience conducting market research or competitor analysis
An interest in B2B marketing, employer wellbeing, or health innovation
Experience presenting ideas or campaign plans in an academic or professional context
