SEN Primary School Teacher

Location: Haltwhistle

We are excited to present an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary School Teacher to join a thriving school community in Haltwhistle. Our client is seeking an exceptional individual who is committed to providing an inspiring and supportive learning environment for students with Special Educational Needs.

• Teach and motivate students to reach their full potential in line with the school’s curriculum
• Create engaging, inclusive lesson plans and assess pupil progress effectively
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to deliver personalised learning experiences
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students

• Experience working in an SEN setting
• Proven ability to inspire and support students to excel academically and socially
• Strong background in planning and assessing pupil learning within the UK curriculum
• Recent experience as an SEN Teacher
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
• A relevant teaching qualification
• A current enhanced DBS certificate (or the ability to obtain one)

Candidates must either have an enhanced DBS clearance or be eligible to apply for one.
