Job Role As a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Pensions team, you’ll handle a varied and high-quality caseload advising corporates, trustees, and public bodies on DB and DC schemes. You'll also contribute to strategic projects such as risk transfers and scheme restructuring.
Key Responsibilities- Providing tailored legal advice on occupational pension schemes
- Managing complex and day-to-day pensions matters independently
- Drafting detailed legal documentation and supporting project delivery
- Supervising junior team members and contributing to their development
- Collaborating with national colleagues to provide seamless client service
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in pensions law
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach
