Job Description
The Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Property Management industry
- Develop strategic sales plans to increase profitability and market share
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create compelling sales presentations to pitch to prospective clients
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends to maintain competitiveness
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Participate in industry events to build brand presence and expand network
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the Property or Services industry
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking and sales capabilities
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An attractive salary package of circa £40,000 per annum, plus Car Allowance and OTE
