Field Care Supervisor
Location: Rochford and Southend On SeaSalary: £13,200 per annum
Hours: 20 hours part time
Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd part-time field care supervisor to join our team working 20 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up additional hours of care hours paid separately .

All we ask is that candidates have previous hands-on experience within home care/On call and hold a Full Driving Licence.
Care Supervisor responsibilities include:
- To carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers
- To carry out introductory visits
- To ensure all customer visits are always covered. Hold the on-call phone to support the Care Assistants in case of any query and any calls to be covered
- To provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate
- To monitor, supervise and mentor all Care Assistants in the field
- To ensure that all written reports and administration is up to date
- To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
Being part of a team with 2 other supervisors there is requirement to be part of the on-call rota which is scheduled in advance.

Experience:
- Care and Support worker : Experience (preferred)
- Senior Care Assistant and/or Care Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driving Licence (preferred)
