Job Description

As a Head of Finance/ Senior Finance Business Partner duties will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans for the organisation
• Oversee all aspects of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Work closely with other department heads to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the leadership team.
• Manage the preparation of the financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the finance team to achieve the organisation's financial objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance/ Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CIPFA)
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
• Worked with non-finance stakeholders previously
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
