SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Special School, B75Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our special school in B75. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.- Provide one-on-one and group support for students with complex needs.
- Assist with the implementation of personalized education and development plans.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Help students with their learning activities and social interactions.
- Full-time availability (8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday).
- Relevant experience working with children with special needs, or a degree in Education, Psychology, Sports, or a similar field.
- A current DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach.
