Business Change Support Manager | East of England Ambulance Service Trust
You will need to have significant experience of change management involving resource planning systems and scheduling a large complex workforce. You will be a subject matter expert supporting the implementation of this complex programme which will have a positive impact on all areas of the organisation.
The role of Business Change Support Manager is to be a key subject matter expert to enable the successful implementation of the Planning & Resourcing Programme at EEAST.
The post holder will be required to implement change initiatives and projects, both across directorates and with partner agencies, to deliver the changes required in all service lines and geographical areas of EEAST.
The Business Change Support Manager will be part of the project team on a fixed term basis to lead, facilitate and support users of the systems to enable ongoing benefits realisation and ensure optimum use of the systems and processes.
The post holder will use their knowledge and expertise to:
- Support user through implementation and adoption of changes.
- maximise the potential benefits of any system milestones
- spot opportunities for improvements and innovations
Experience of GRS, ESR and Skillstream will be an advantage.
