Title: HR Manager
Salary £45,000-£60,000
Albion Rye Associates are partnered with a boutique pharmaceutical market research consultancy who are seeking a HR manager to join their dynamic growing team. You will be responsible for building out their HR function as they get ready for rapid expansion in the UK & US in the coming 12-18 months.
Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage all core duties relating to employee engagement.
- Implementing HR policies in the UK, US & EU.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensuring HR best practices and policies are up to date and are implemented.
- Overseeing recruitment process (not head hunting).
- Organising training and appraisals.
Requirements:
- BA in Human Resources of other relevant discipline.
- 6+ years working in a HR role.
- Ideally would have worked in a Market Research, Life Science, Healthcare Communications or agency setting.
- Experience building out a HR function or directly managing others preferred.
