Attraction Supervisor

Our talent agents are currently scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast. We’re looking for an Attraction Supervisor to join our team to help create memorable and unique experiences for our guests.
You will do this by managing the daily running of the attraction. This will include supporting with the operation of the Spirit of London ride and Marvel 4D experience. You will need to motivate your team to ensure they deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests, whilst maximising efficiency always.
As the Attraction Supervisor you will lead by example managing direct reports, working to develop their skills and helping them achieve their goals and objectives via Personal Development Plans, training and support. We are looking for someone who can naturally form a great relationship with the team and lead development reviews, manage performance and motivate the team to do their best.
Health and Safety is our top priority and so you will ensure the team are trained to the highest levels within their roles.
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 5 out of 7 days. Due to our business being open all year round we require full availability, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience:
- The ability to work with colleagues effectively and manage a large team.
- Experience with working on Rides is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Increased health and safety awareness
- Strong customer service skills and the confidence to be able to deal with a high volume of guests daily, as well as lead a team
- Experience of working to a high standard within a high pressurised environment, ideally within the retail, hospitality or entertainments industry
