Job Description- Manage the full lifecycle of contract engagements from sourcing to offboarding.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with relevant team members.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and best recruitment practices.
- Prior recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience in recruiting contingent workers.
- International recruitment exposure beyond the UK, such as in the US, Europe, MENA, or APAC regions.
- Strong understanding of IR35 regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases.
- A keen eye for identifying top talent.
- An annual salary in the region of £45,000 to £50,000.
