Job Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices for purchase ledger
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase order
- Payment runs
- Overseeing the bank postings and reconciliations
- Assisting with invoicing queries
- Processing expenses
- Ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience - Required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Desire to learn and progress within a business - Desirable
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
