General Teaching Assistant
A friendly and welcoming school in Hartcliffe in South Bristol is looking for a proactive EYFS teaching assistant to start ASAP until the end of the academic year. The aim is for all children to be curious, creative, collaborative, critical thinkers and courageous during their time at the school.
This role will require a strong, teaching assistant with good behaviour management, who can provide consistency for the class for the full academic year. Prior experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential, the most important quality that the school is looking for is proactiveness and eagerness to support children and develop them into independent learners.
The successful candidate will have:
- Have previous experience of working with children,
- Previous experience of working as a teaching assistant is desirable but not essential,
- Be passionate and enthusiastic to work with pupils with
- - in the school and enhance their learning.
- Must have experience of working with pupils and will have had experience of working within the education sector and with multi-agencies.
- Will be proactive and eager to carry out responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
