We are looking to recruit a dynamic HR Manager to provide HR advice and guidance to the Head and Leadership Team (LT) and take full responsibility for HR Operations and HR Compliance.
This role can be offered either as a full-time/full year role, or a part-time role with the minimum requirements of:
- 28 hours per week spread over 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm; and
- 41 working weeks per year to include: 36 weeks of term (to include 6 Inset Days), 5 further weeks during the school holidays to meet the needs of the business, including 1 week before the start of the academic year.
Holidays: 30 days per annum for full-time, 5.6 weeks per annum pro-rated for part-time position, to be taken during the school holidays.
