ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in menu planning and development, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
Ensure that all food items are prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.
Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food and equipment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of meals.
Participate in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
RequirementsProven experience as a cook or chef in a similar setting is preferred.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organization skills to coordinate with kitchen staff effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A genuine passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay Per Hour: £14.40
