Henley Green primary School wish to appoint a permanent teacher for the children in our ‘Hub’ provision. The provision is designed to meet the needs of a small group of children who are working outside of the curriculum for their age. This is not behaviour provision.

There are excellent TAs already working within the Hub and the provision is successful for our children.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about inclusive learning and committed to raising standards for all children.
  • Work closely with the SENDCo to ensure provision is tailored for every child.
  • Plan activities which engage, motivate and inspire pupils
  • Bring new qualities and strengths to our school
  • Be committed to working with parents, governors and the local community;
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to work as part of a team
