We are working with a well-regarded boutique law firm in Leeds currently looking to appoint a Managing Associate to lead within their Litigation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned litigator with experience in contested civil litigation, offering a clear leadership role and top-tier rewards.
The Role:As Managing Associate, you will:
Take a lead role in the handling and supervision of Fast Track and Intermediate Track contested civil claims
Work across a varied litigation caseload, including commercial and contractual disputes
Oversee junior team members and contribute to strategic decisions within the litigation department
Collaborate directly with clients, counsel, and senior management to deliver excellent outcomes
Drive operational improvements and support the growth of the team
Requirements:
Strong background managing Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
Exceptional case management, advocacy, and negotiation skills
A commercial mindset and interest in growing and improving legal services
