Arnold Lodge is a medium secure unit which offers an inpatient service across three care streams: Male Mental Illness, Male Personality disorder and Women’s service. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Therapy Services Department for an Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner in Recovery and Community skills.

This is an innovative post and we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.

Therapy Services consists of an established and dedicated team of Occupational Therapists, Support Workers, Peer Support Workers and Sports, Fitness and Well-being staff. We work together to provide a comprehensive range of interventions to meet the therapeutic needs of the patient group.

A strong recovery focus is embedded at Arnold Lodge and the role will involve working across all three services. You will assist Occupational Therapists in the development and facilitation of recovery-based interventions including individual and group therapeutic programmes.
