As a Demi Chef de Partie at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen.
- Closely working with the team and assisting the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs as needed.
- Ensure all tools and workspaces are clean, tidy and functional.
