For the successful French Customer Service Assistant our client is offering:
- Salary Negotiable Dependant on Experience
- Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
- Permanent
- Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Christmas Shutdown (Deductible from Holidays), Volunteer & Charity Days, Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Macbook & Accessories, iPhone, Travel Expenses when necessary, ongoing training within the industry
- Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses
- Liaise to customers in fluent French language
- Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs
- Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.
- French Fluency: Written & Speaking - ESSENTIAL
- Previous Customer Service Experience gained from office environment - DESIREABLE
- Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security - DESIREABLE
