Uphold the highest standard of service quality and patient care collaboratively with senior management.
Recommend techniques to improve the quality of service.
Lead the delivery of Ultrasound treatment with a specialist multidisciplinary team.
Support patients and their families throughout the imaging process by providing expert clinical advice.
Have a proven track record of leadership and successful quality improvement.

As Superintendent Radiographer, you will work alongside leading consultants and specialists to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main responsibilities:
Lead an experienced team of radiographers and radiology assistants.Uphold the highest standard of service quality and patient care collaboratively with senior management.
Recommend techniques to improve the quality of service.
Lead the delivery of Ultrasound treatment with a specialist multidisciplinary team.
Support patients and their families throughout the imaging process by providing expert clinical advice.
Be responsible for the entire diagnostic pathway to ensure processes are in place to provide efficiency and accuracy at all stages.
The right candidate will:
Be a HCPC registered diagnostic radiographer with at least 5 years of recent experience as an MRI Radiographer.Have a proven track record of leadership and successful quality improvement.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with the team effectively.
