Senior Project Manager - Commercial Consultancy Project Manager
Salary: £80k + PackageLocation: London (Hybrid)
As a Senior Project Manager in a consultancy environment, you will work closely with the Project Director to manage and deliver high-quality commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and deliver diverse projects within sectors such as development, logistics, and other commercial industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial consultancy projects across multiple sectors (Development, Logistics, etc.)
- Build and maintain effective communication channels with clients and design teams, ensuring smooth project workflows
- Coordinate and manage feasibility studies, including site surveys, evaluations, and investigations, ensuring comprehensive reporting and recommendations for client payments
- Oversee contractor selection, including tendering processes, negotiations, and tender evaluations, and appoint contractors accordingly
- Regularly inspect construction works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Professional Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (MCIOB, MRICS, or equivalent preferred)Proven experience within a consultancy environment managing commercial projects
Solid background in delivering projects within Commercial, Education, or Healthcare sectors
Strong client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management
