Opportunities has arisen for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated HCPC registered locum Pharmacists !
Our clients are looking for a locum pharmacists for a single and block bookings to start as soon as possible. The position is for 30-37.5 hours per week, with flexible days and working hours.
Job Title: PharmacistPay Rates: £23-£30/hour
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30(negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP
Role & Responsibilities- Clinical and accuracy checking of prescriptions
- Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting GP’s orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles, and prescribing errors.
- Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions, supported through New Medicine Service and Discharge Medicine Service
- Lead and manage team to support the operational requirements of the dispensary
- Provides patient focused pharmacy services
- Provision of Pharmacy First and other advanced services to meet the needs of the business)
Experience:
- Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)
- GPhC registration is essential
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
- Ability to manage relationships with the medical centered staff, including GPs.
- Ward and Dispensary based (orthapedics would be an advance)
- Mandatory trainings
