Weβre looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 9 month FTC in either Spalding (Lincolnshire) or Kings Hill (Kent), UK.
Requirements
Essential Experience, Qualifications & Skills- A strong background in full lifecycle recruitment across the UK.
- Experienced in market mapping, targeted sourcing campaigns and nurture techniques.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean searches.
- Experience in a range of interview techniques including competency and behavioural.
- Experience working within high volume and blue collar recruitment would be beneficial.
- Data driven with with experience extracting insights from recruitment data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Must have complete fluency in the English language.
- Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- A genuine curiosity for what hiring managers need and a passion for recruitment.
- Multilingual skills would be advantageous, with German and Dutch being the main additional benefit.
- Prior experience within the food industry or fast paced contract recruitment is highly advantageous.
