Job Description

The key responsibilities for this Temp Receptionist (DBS needed):

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, redirecting as necessary
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organised
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and visitors
  • Monitor and maintain security protocols, such as visitor logs
  • Provide general support to office staff as needed.
