Headteacher
We are now seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Headteacher to build upon our successes and lead our Outstanding school (Ofsted, 2023) into the future.
About the Headteacher Role:
As Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of High View School, maintaining a clear vision for our pupils' educational experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning. You will lead a dedicated and talented team of staff, engage with families and the wider community, and ensure that every child at High View is supported and challenged to achieve their best.
We are looking for a leader who:
- Has a passion for primary education and a strong commitment to improving the lives of young people.
- Is an inspiring and visionary leader with a proven track record of successful leadership.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors and the wider community.
- Can maintain and develop a culture of high expectations, inclusivity, and respect.
- Has experience of managing change, fostering innovation, and driving school improvement.
