The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of key retail accounts, ensuring payments are received in line with agreed terms.
• Building strong relationships with clients to maintain a seamless credit process.
• Collaborating with the finance team to deliver high-level account reconciliations and resolve queries quickly.
• Monitoring account statuses and preventing potential issues before they arise.

About You:

• Proven experience in credit control or a related role.
• Strong communication skills-you can confidently build rapport with both clients and internal teams.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
