Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and development? A range of exciting opportunities are available for Teaching Assistants across primary schools in Gateshead and Sunderland for the upcoming academic year.
We are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who enjoy working with children and are eager to make a real difference in the classroom.
About the Role- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Lead small intervention groups and targeted support sessions
- Bring creativity into the classroom to help keep pupils motivated and engaged
- Be confident in trying new approaches to support different learning styles
- Experience working with children
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- A proactive, creative mindset
- Confidence to take initiative and lead small groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
No formal qualifications required – just the right attitude and experience.
