Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Manage all aspects of account management.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets.
- Log meeting minutes accurately.
- Meet a daily quota for scheduled meetings.
- Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
- Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Contribute to team sales strategy discussions.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales representative should have:
- A strong motivation for sales.
- Business orientated and independent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using database software.
- Ability to work well in fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well in a team.

- Salary from £25,000 to £26,00
- Monthly commission bonus expected Year 1 earnings £42,000
