As the Modern Matron, you will demonstrate a level of healthy curiosity about safe care delivery and become actively engaged in the management of risk and associated care planning, management and treatment to ensure high standards are delivered and maintained.
You will have responsibility to ensure the best use of the resources necessary to ensure safe, effective and positive inpatient experience and will be accountable for the oversight and management of the associated budgets. Flexibility will be required to reflect service demands plus participation in on-call manager rota.
