Job Description- Handle incoming correspondence and direct to the appropriate department or individual.
- Compile, update, and maintain records and databases.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of meetings and events.
- Provide clerical support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Ensure the efficient running of office equipment and resolve any technical issues.
- Prepare reports and documents as required.
- Adhere to data protection protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A competitive hourly rate of between £13 and £16 DOE.
