Job Description
  • Handle incoming correspondence and direct to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Compile, update, and maintain records and databases.
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of meetings and events.
  • Provide clerical support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Ensure the efficient running of office equipment and resolve any technical issues.
  • Prepare reports and documents as required.
  • Adhere to data protection protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
