Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be supporting a team of legal advisors with the phone calls from clients and assisting with any queries they may have.
The queries you will be dealing with will be regarding the clients remortgage transaction you will be ensuring the highest level of service is provided and the call is handled efficiently and smoothly.
You will be also corresponding with banks and other third parties to provide a seamless customer experience.

The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience ideally this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Able to work in a fast paced environment and towards service level agreements
A good team player
