We are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.Job Role:As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes, and other food items according to our standards.You will provide excellent customer service and promote high-quality fresh food. The successful candidate will be trained to Wenzels standards and have opportunities for progression.You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, increasing sales, controlling costs, and developing the team to build a loyal customer base.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGreet customers and create an inviting atmosphereReceive and check daily deliveriesAssist with stock management and produceMaintain shop displaysHave excellent product knowledgePrepare food according to specificationsEnsure food and produce quality controlMaintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standardsWork efficiently within a teamHandle cash and operate tillsOpen or close the shop as requiredRun shifts at various times during the weekDrive sales and minimize wastagePrevious supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
