What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed and passionate Lead Academic Mentor who wants to transform the lives of young people at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of a large Inclusion team, working with our students to ensure that their needs are met and that every child has the opportunity to be successful in the classroom.You will oversee the implementation of key interventions for students on the SEND register and ensure all their statutory and additional needs are met in all cases.
You will need to be a passionate, driven individual with a desire to ensure that our most vulnerable students receive the support they need to achieve at the highest possible level. This is a very rewarding position and you will work alongside our SEND, behaviour, safeguarding, and attendance teams to ensure that every student feels a part of our community and experiences success.
