MEICA Storage and Deployment Coordinator - Commissioning Support role:
We are looking for a MEICA Asset, Storage and Deployment Coordinator to manage the receipt, storage, and deployment of MEICA assets to subcontract installation teams on the Oswestry project, reporting initially to the Mechanical Manager and later to the Commissioning Manager.
MEICA Storage and Deployment Coordinator - Commissioning Support responsibilities:
Coordinate with the civils team to prepare storage areas and ensure readiness for upcoming MEICA deliveries according to the procurement schedule.
Develop a cost-effective system for storage, coordination, and capturing asset data on digital platforms.
Ensure thorough documentation of the MEICA process, including data, as-built documentation, input to O&Ms, and feedback to the design teams.
Contribute to the acquisition and storage of business and technical knowledge, ensuring effective use of these intellectual assets.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards during MEICA installation and commissioning activities.
Perform any additional duties, training, or work hours as reasonably required, in line with the overall responsibilities of this role.
Engage in continuous improvement, both personally and across the company.
MEICA Storage and Deployment Coordinator - Commissioning Support requirements: MEICA P&ID and digital platforms.
Operating within a certified quality management system.Site based Health and Safety requirements (CSCS).
Clean Water Blue Card.
Desirable: Process control systems.
Working within a certified quality management system.Working with subcontract suppliers.
